Appointment Policy: To allow enough time for all patients we ask that you please call us for an appointment. Emergency cases will be given priority which is why occasionally we may run into delays. We ask for your patience and understanding with unexpected setbacks.
Arrival Policy: For the protection of all pets and our staff we ask that you keep your dog on a leash while in the clinic and cats in appropriate carriers.
Drop Off Appointments: For your convenience, drop off appointments are available as long as you are an established client and your pet is current on all vaccinations. We like to schedule a particular time that you drop off and pick up your pet that works with your schedule and so the doctor can go over your concerns and his/her recommendations for treatment.
If you have an immediate emergency outside of our normal business hours, please call the Veterinary Emergency Referral Center in Pensacola at (850) 477-3914 or the Emergency Veterinary Clinic in Niceville at (850) 729-3335.
Payment Policy: We require payment in full at the time our services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Care Credit.
